操作規(guī)程
操作前的準(zhǔn)備工作
1、滾筒篩各部件安裝完，檢查合格后，可進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前，將清篩器達(dá)到非工作狀態(tài)，并應(yīng)詳細(xì)檢查各部件安裝是否正確，各緊固件是否牢靠，篩體周圍是否有妨礙滾筒篩運(yùn)行的障礙物;
2、將長(zhǎng)方形檢修門處于打開位置，并通過(guò)手動(dòng)盤車旋轉(zhuǎn)篩分筒，觀察梳型清篩機(jī)構(gòu)有無(wú)犯卡、磨擦現(xiàn)象，若有則可通過(guò)調(diào)整螺栓進(jìn)行調(diào)整;
3、檢查各軸承座、變速箱應(yīng)潤(rùn)滑良好，變速箱油位應(yīng)適當(dāng);
4、電源接頭應(yīng)牢固可靠，絕緣良好，接地正確。
