3）工藝要求/Technics request ：
?斗體采用Q345B材料，各銷軸采用42CrMosf材料，并經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理和磨削加工，雙瓣抓斗之刃口材質(zhì)硬度須達(dá)HRC50以上。Material of scoop is Q345B, material of all axes is 42CrMosf, by tempering and grinding, lisp’s rigidity should be reach HRC50.

?所有鋼質(zhì)材料于下料或制作前須經(jīng)噴丸處理。制作完成后表面做涂漆處理，含底漆及面漆總厚度不小于130um,面漆顏色為藍(lán)色。All steel will blasting shot before machining. After completion of the production deal with the surface coating, Thickness of coating greater than 130um, Color of top paint is blue。

?各活動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn)均需考慮潤(rùn)滑，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)注意注油嘴等潤(rùn)滑裝置不易被撞損。液壓缸安裝之連接點(diǎn)須采用球面鉸點(diǎn)，并設(shè)潤(rùn)滑。液壓缸須設(shè)防護(hù)板。The activities of nodes need to consider lubrication, the attention of the design, such as lubricating device should not be bump. ?各主要受力焊縫進(jìn)行無損探傷，焊縫等級(jí)須達(dá)。抓斗設(shè)計(jì)之安全系數(shù)須達(dá)3倍以上。All important welded joints carry on the lossless crack detection, and the grade of welded joints must reach first-level。
?每臺(tái)抓斗須在顯眼處安裝噴涂相關(guān)標(biāo)識(shí)，含“THHI”標(biāo)志牌、抓斗編號(hào)、大載荷等。Each grab must be painted related marking in conspicuous place, including “THHI” name-plate、the grab serial number 、 rating burthen and so on。

?液壓系統(tǒng)及其元件如液壓泵、液壓缸、液壓閥等選用Hydromantic-Rexroth等廠牌。The hydraulic system and the part like hydraulic pump、the hydraulic cylinder、the hydraulic valve and so on will select Hydromantic-Rexroth and so on。
?抓斗電機(jī)須完全用鐵欄桿保護(hù)，并且應(yīng)便于安裝、檢修等，且要安裝高溫?fù)醢?，使電纜和其他部件免遭高溫?fù)p壞。The grab motor must be protected, and should convenient for install、overhaul and so on, and must install the high temperature baffle, causes the electric cable and other parts avoids the high temperature damage。
?抓斗應(yīng)動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活，不得有較大異響。多瓣斗需設(shè)計(jì)有自動(dòng)均衡機(jī)構(gòu)，使抓斗各瓣打開或閉合時(shí)間同步。The grab should act accurately, the operation is flexible, do not have the greatly sound. The orange peel grab must design has the automatic balanced organization, causes grab double clamshell to opening or the closing time synchronization。
?液壓系統(tǒng)/Hydraulic system：
a、液壓泵采用高向柱塞式泵，閉靠電機(jī)正反轉(zhuǎn)控制。The hydraulic pumps adopt high pressure axial plunger pumps. The output of pumps is bidirectional. The opening and closing of the grabs are controlled by the turnover of the electrical machine.
b、液壓系統(tǒng)中須配備止回閥以避免突調(diào)式益流閥及壓力測(cè)量點(diǎn)來控制系統(tǒng)的壓力。The hydraulic systems are equipped with a check valve in case that the grabs are out of control when there is a sudden power off. The systems are equipped with adjustable benefits flow valve and pressure measurement points to control the pressure of the systems.
c、液壓系統(tǒng)中須有過壓保護(hù)裝置過高損壞元件。抓斗閉合時(shí)工作壓力約230bar。There must be overvoltage protection devices (valves) in the hydraulic system to prevent the damage to hydraulic components for the high pressure of the oil. When the grabs are closed the work pressure is about 230 bars
d、液壓缸測(cè)試耐壓須達(dá)300bar以上。The test pressure of hydraulic cylinder should be above 300 bars.
e、系統(tǒng)中須有液壓油過濾裝。There must be the hydraulic oil filter device in the system .The devices can be cleaned and changed.
?所有抓斗直接掛于天車之吊鉤合。抓斗與天車鉤頭采用鏈環(huán)連須能安全承受3倍起升重量（含抓斗自重及所抓物料的重量）。
All the grabs are directly linked to the hooks of the cranes. When designed the grabs should match size. The grabs are connected with the hook of the cranes in links. The strength of the links can lift the 3 times weight in security (including the dead weight and the holding material weight).
?抓斗所用電纜安裝低溫度以650C作為設(shè)電纜型號(hào)及規(guī)格須經(jīng)“THHI”確認(rèn)。
Take the grab cable installed at the lowest temperature 65 0C as the minimum design requirement. Cable models and specifications must be confirmed by "THHI".
?甲方提供從天車到抓斗之電纜及電纜卷筒，電纜與接，乙方負(fù)責(zé)提供并安裝該快速接頭，快速接頭安裝于抓斗頂部，不得安裝于側(cè)面。快速接頭應(yīng)具防水、防塵功能。
?Party A provides the cable and cable reels from the crane to grab and the rapid joints of cable and grab. The rapid joints should be waterproof and dustproof.抓斗電機(jī)電源為380V AC 50Hz,控制電源為220V。電機(jī)功率（18.5Kw）。電機(jī)防緣等級(jí)P級(jí)。電機(jī)之安裝需考慮不被撞擊之保護(hù)，并應(yīng)利于安裝、檢修等。The grab’s electromechanical power is 380V AC 50Hz, the control power supply is 220V. Motor output power (18.5Kw). Electrical machinery protection grade IP65, arcing time factor 600/0,, insulation grade P. Installment of the electrical machinery must be considered the protection by the hit, should convenient for install、overhaul and so on。

?所有電氣盤、馬達(dá)、電氣接頭等都須密閉且具有防水功能。All electrical plate, the motor, the electrical attachment and so on must be closed tightly, with the waterproof , and dustproof function.
?各易損件的安裝位置須考慮更換的方便性。The installation position of each vulnerable must be considered the replacement the conveniences
?乙方負(fù)責(zé)甲方操作維護(hù)人員之培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包含：抓斗液壓元件結(jié)構(gòu)及調(diào)試方法、抓斗常見故障及處理方法和安全事項(xiàng)等。The second party is responsible for the first party operate training of the attendants, the training content includes: Grab hydraulic pressure principle, grab hydraulic element structure and debug method, grab common breakdown and processing method and security item and so on
?其它末提到的工藝要求按交通部有關(guān)抓斗制造標(biāo)執(zhí)行。Other end mentioned technological requirement according to the Ministry of Communications related grab manufacture standard and enterprise standard execution.
?抓斗制作期間，需方可隨時(shí)方加和監(jiān)督。Grab manufacture period, the consumer may momentarily arrive at the supplier to process manufactures the location to carry on the performance test and the surveillance.

2. 抓斗主結(jié)構(gòu)

1）齒尖：45調(diào)質(zhì)后表面硬化處理HRC55~60
