一、食品進(jìn)口國內(nèi)收貨人（公司）需要以下資質(zhì)：
1、食品流通許可證（要是酒類進(jìn)口還需酒牌）　　　
2、進(jìn)出口權(quán)　
注明：沒有以上資質(zhì)或者資質(zhì)不全，可以用我司資質(zhì)雙抬頭報(bào)關(guān)；個(gè)人進(jìn)口全用我司資質(zhì)

Domestic consignees (companies) of food imports need the following qualifications:
1.Food Distribution License (Liquor License is also required if alcohol is imported)
2.import-export power
Note: Without the above qualifications or incomplete qualifications, you can use our qualifications double-head customs declaration; personal imports are all our qualifications.

四、食品進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)稅率
1、食品進(jìn)口關(guān)稅 進(jìn)口關(guān)稅稅額=到岸價(jià)格×進(jìn)口關(guān)稅稅率
2、食品進(jìn)口增值稅 17% ：增值稅稅額=（到岸價(jià)+進(jìn)口關(guān)稅額+消費(fèi)稅額）×增值稅稅率（根據(jù)實(shí)際產(chǎn)品來 定，有些產(chǎn)品是13%如蜂蜜）
3、消費(fèi)稅 10% ：消費(fèi)稅稅額=（（到岸價(jià)+關(guān)稅額）/1-消費(fèi)稅稅率）X消費(fèi)稅稅率（根據(jù)實(shí)際產(chǎn)品來定，有些產(chǎn)品是有消費(fèi)稅如紅酒）

Customs clearance rate for food imports
1.Food Import Tariffs Import Tariffs = CIF Prices * Import Tariff Rates
VAT for food imports: VAT tax = CIF + import tariff + consumption tax) * VAT tax rate (based on actual products, some products are 13% such as honey)
3.Consumption Tax 10%: Consumption Tax =((CIF+tariff)/1-Consumption Tax Rate) X Consumption Tax Rate (based on actual products, some products have consumption tax such as red wine)

2、食品中文標(biāo)簽備案：5-7個(gè)工作日（非預(yù)包裝食品不需要標(biāo)簽備案）
3、食品進(jìn)口報(bào)檢：1個(gè)工作日
4、食品進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)：2個(gè)工作日
5、化驗(yàn)：10個(gè)工作日
6、出衛(wèi)生證書：5個(gè)工作日
***如需快速處理快可以7個(gè)工作日完成
Limitation of Customs Clearance for Food Import

2.Chinese food label filing: 5-7 working days (non-pre-packaged food does not need label filing)
