line-height: 150%;">發(fā)生規(guī)律：</span><br/></p><p style="margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">1、</span><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">侵染特征：桑葚菌核病病原菌以菌核在土壤中越冬，到次年春季桑樹開花期間，若條件適宜，土壤中的菌核就會萌發(fā)而后產(chǎn)生子囊孢子，子囊孢子隨風傳播到雌花上，引起侵染。病原菌入侵雌花后，菌絲大量增殖并侵入子房內(nèi)，后由菌絲形成菌核，菌核隨著病果落地，進入土中越冬，第二年春季桑樹萌芽時，隨氣溫升高，再次成為侵染源。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">2、</span><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">發(fā)病因素</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px"><span style="font-family: 宋體; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">a.組織幼嫩：果桑不僅開花期感染菌核，在整個結(jié)果期都可感染，只是以開花前后感染多，青果期感染相對較少，成熟果桑不感染?？梢娪啄劢M織易感病。</span></span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">b.氣候：在開花期間，若雨水多，土壤濕潤，氣溫高則有利于土壤中的病菌萌發(fā)，進而促使菌核病爆發(fā)。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">c.施肥，偏施氮肥會導(dǎo)致樹體虛旺，<span style="font-family: 宋體; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">樹體營養(yǎng)不足，</span>細胞不緊密，抗病性差。同時也會造成土壤板結(jié)、酸化、土壤中有益微生物活性降低，為病原菌的繁殖提供條件。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 黑體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">二、防治措施：</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">1、物理方法:</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px"></span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">a.地膜覆蓋：若遇春季雨水多，在桑樹開花前用農(nóng)用薄膜覆蓋地面，可有效隔離病原分生孢子，使之無法侵染花器。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">b.深耕：對發(fā)病嚴重的桑園，在果期結(jié)束后對桑園進行一次全面的深耕可使得部分病原菌被深埋土中，不利于其萌發(fā)。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 黑體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">2、使用藥劑：</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px"><span style="font-family:宋體">施肥：奧農(nóng)樂（中草藥生物菌肥）</span>+有機肥，生物菌不僅可固氮固碳為樹體提供養(yǎng)分，還可以調(diào)節(jié)土壤的團粒結(jié)構(gòu)、酸化、<span style="font-family: 宋體; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">鹽漬化</span>等問題，同時還有</span><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px;background:rgb(255,255,255)">“占位”拮抗病原菌的作用，直接降低發(fā)病率。</span></p><p style="margin-right:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 黑體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">預(yù)防桑葚菌核病方案：</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">a.桑芽萌動時：靚果安300倍+沃豐素600倍+大蒜油1500倍噴霧</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">b.開花前：靚果安300倍+地力旺500倍+沃豐素600倍噴霧之后每間7天噴一次，噴3-5次，直至少量桑果轉(zhuǎn)色時停噴。（注：青果期時比較重要，此時若遇菌核病高發(fā)氣候條件，將靚果安的濃度提升至100-150倍）</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋體">注：花前和青果期噴藥時</span>:桑枝、干、葉、果和地表面全都要噴灑預(yù)防</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"></span></p><p style="white-space: normal;
