邏輯芯片的工作原理基于布爾邏輯和開關(guān)電路。每個(gè)邏輯門都有一個(gè)或多個(gè)輸入和一個(gè)輸出，輸入可以是低電平（0）或高電平（1），而輸出則是根據(jù)門的邏輯功能和輸入信號(hào)來確定的。
邏輯芯片內(nèi)部的晶體管在不同的輸入組合下，會(huì)開啟或關(guān)閉，從而控制輸出信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生。例如，在與門中，只有當(dāng)所有輸入都為高電平時(shí)，輸出才會(huì)為高電平；而在或門中，只要有一個(gè)輸入為高電平，輸出就為高電平

模擬開關(guān)主要是完成信號(hào)鏈路中的信號(hào)切換功能。采用MOS管的開關(guān)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)信號(hào)鏈路關(guān)斷或者打開；由于其功能類似于開關(guān)，而用模擬器件的特性實(shí)現(xiàn)，稱為模擬開關(guān)。
模擬開關(guān)在電子設(shè)備中主要起接通信號(hào)或斷開信號(hào)的作用。由于模擬開關(guān)具有功耗低、速度快、無機(jī)械觸點(diǎn)、體積小和使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，因而，在自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算機(jī)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用

分類：
由于采用了MOS管的開斷性能，模擬開關(guān)回路可以實(shí)現(xiàn)較高的關(guān)斷阻抗，一般是兆歐姆以上的關(guān)斷阻抗；和很低的導(dǎo)通阻抗，一般為幾個(gè)歐姆級(jí)別，因此可以很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)鏈路切換和斷開隔離的作用。根據(jù)應(yīng)用需求不同；模擬開關(guān)可以分為音頻模擬開關(guān)、模擬開關(guān)、數(shù)字開關(guān)、通用模擬開關(guān)等。
多路模擬開關(guān)
是從多個(gè)模擬輸入信號(hào)中切換選擇所需輸入通道模擬輸入信號(hào)電路。場(chǎng)效應(yīng)晶體管作為模擬開關(guān)而得到廣泛應(yīng)用。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是工作速度可達(dá)10的6次方次/3，導(dǎo)通電阻低（5~25歐），截止電阻高達(dá)10的10次方歐。
